I agree with the other posts - the head seal cap is part number 12.
My Savage used to leak oil from under the nuts that hold the head down. Under these nuts are copper coloured washers called gaskets on the Suzuki microfiche - two of part 25 and two of part 26. They were less than £1 each (US$1.50) - I covered then instant gasket and it stopped my leaks totally. I strongly recommend you replace these. You will have to re-torque the head, but that's not a big job.
